Calabria Wine Dinner

Sommelier Taylor Small, along with wine expert Samuel Gibson from Wine Merchant, will take you on a wine adventure through Calabria, while Executive Chef Dave Clarke crafts one of a kind farm to table dishes paired with each wine.

Learn something new and delight the palate at the same time with five seasonal courses and five unique wines. This evening of exceptional food and wine will be a true taste of Italy!

We can normally accommodate most allergies and dietary restrictions, but because this is a chef's table style event, the same menu will be served to all attending guests. We cannot guarantee that all restrictions will be able to be accommodated.
