Test of Time Wine Dinner

The past year has been a real test on all of us, so we're looking for advice from the best. Join us during Restaurant Week for a wine dinner featuring wines that have withstood the test of time- through wars, plagues, and more.

Enjoy 5 seasonal courses with these wines that have seen it all:

Garciarevalo, Finca Tresolmos Verdejo Classic Rueda (2016) - This wine comes from 130+ year old vines that have survived through the phylloxera infestation in the late 1800s that ruined the European grape route stock.

Chateau Musar, Bekaa Valley Jeune White (2018) - These vines have survived the Lebanese Civil War 1975-1990.

Sella & Mosca, Cannonau Di Sardegna (2018)- One of the oldest vineyards in Italy. Members of this region called the "blue zone" regularly live to be 100+ years old drinking this wine.

Castello di Fonterutoli, Chianti Classico (2014)- This winery has been around since the 1400s and has the receipt for the first Chianti ever made.

Elk Cove Vineyards, Ultima White Wine (2014) - This is an ice wine meaning the grapes are left on the vine into the winter. This vineyard is multi-generational family owned in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. The Campbells have been making wine since before Prohibition.

This is a chef's table style meal, meaning a menu will not be published ahead of time. You just tell us any allergies or dietary restrictions and we'll take care of the rest!
